About Us

We’re a Melbourne-based specialty coffee roaster focused on consistency, quality and keeping things practical.

Our coffees are carefully sourced, roasted with precision, and designed to perform day in, day out. Whether it’s espresso or filter, black or milk, the goal is simple... a balanced, reliable cup that customers come back for.

Behind the scenes, we combine modern roasting technology with hands-on experience to deliver repeatable results at scale. It means what you taste today is what you’ll taste next week. No surprises.

We work closely with cafés and coffee businesses across Australia, offering not just coffee, but support, training and a straightforward approach to building long-term partnerships.

No hype. Just good coffee, done properly.

Tasty and compostable

I am so glad to have found these compostable capsules where the coffee actually tastes great! My fav is the southern blend so far but haven't tried them all yet. Happy to support local and will continue to restock

Soo good.

Way better than other capsules. Just about fit the pod machines with a bit of brute force. Love they are compostable as well. Go get some for work or when lazy at home and need a quick fix.

Very happy!

I can't comment on the flavour (impaired sense of smell), but I am very happy to have found 100% compostable pods that can go in the greenwaste rather than landfill.

As always exemplary service and delivery and just pure delicious coffee. And the added bonus of knowing the environment is being thought of. Thank you so much for the great work you all do. 💚

I haven’t tried all of them but what I have tried I liked very much. The delivery was prompt n waiting for me at the post office when I got to Kangaroo Island. Will definitely order again when I need them
